“This company claims to have business hours of 830am to 6 pm on the letter they sent me including the number which I dialled in was promptly put on hold and was left on hold I know you won’t believe this but I took screenshots of my phone showing the number and showing the time that had a lapsed I was literally left on hold for six hours because of when they close I continue to be left on hold even after the employees left the building so their professionalism is to leave a customer on hold for over six hours and go home leaving the customer on hold, why is that acceptable how is it that this company is able to get away with that I think I need to take my banking business from PNC to truest which used to be called SunTrust and if enough customers move their business after having this experience maybe they’ll respond. But the fact that I was left on hold for over six hours never having my phone call answered in the customer services department would leave for the day with a customer on hold it’s completely unprofessional beyond unacceptable.”

They leave their clients in a lurch for weeks. Their business is acquiring other companies, gutting the customer service annd knowing that it's very hard to leave. The sad reality is they don't care about the review because you work with them whether you know it or not.”
